  It's a small Starbucks, but the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The service is also faster than most Starbucks. I usually use the drive-thru and it's quick and easy.

  Standard Starbucks in terms of menu- Fantastic and always enthusiastic service through drive thru or in shop. The drive thru has always been pretty quick, even when seemingly backed up. Also, the location is great- nice that you can turn in a few different spots within the shopping center and it's nice that there is a light right there to turn left on to Holcomb Bridge when needed.

  Very disappointed. There were 6 employees behind the counter at 8.00 am this morning and nobody in front of me. It took 5 minutes before "K*****" took my order. During the whole time she/he was bad mouthing and gossipping about the lady that was ahead of me and still present. I am sure she heard it.I ordered a medium size dark roast....the coffee was just colored water with no kick and no flavor. That is not suprising as they always dilute the freshly made coffee with hot water to make more profits. I wont go there anymore. I invite people to go accross the street at Coffee Bianco. It is an independently owned coffee place with excellent and freshly made pastries that serves good selected coffee. As a customer, I hate when employees show no respect for their customers and do not behave ethically and professionally.
