  First, we sat in the atrium area and as it was a tad chilly. Without even being asked, our waitress brought out a small heater which was great! I had a shrimp Po boy with creole and my husband got an alligator tail Po boy with etouffee. Each came with homemade potato chips and coleslaw. Nothing could have been better. This is a new favorite place and we can't wait to go back! The food was phenomenal but the staff and atmosphere made it even better.

  Adele's is so much more than just a 'cajun' restaurant. It is great food from a world class chef served with friendly efficiency. They have a broad menu, do great catering and give a LOT back to the Roswell community. It's my go to for a business lunch or a casual dinner with friends. Thanks to Marc and Adele for all you do for your customers and the community.

  The Low Country boil was absolutely delicious. It was the night's special and I'm so glad it was! Service was wonderful; although it was our first time we were treated like regulars. Highly recommend.
